At this time, we are recruiting for vendors in all 50 states. 

In particular, we have a large volume of work in Kentucky & Nebraska and are looking for good, responsible vendors throughout both states who can meet our clients' deadlines with very few exceptions. 

ALL of our vendors are REQUIRED to take the inspection [drive-bys, vacancy, etc.] work, along with the trashouts.    Inspections from our clients lead to other work so if you ONLY do lock changes, grass cuts, or trashouts but turn down inspections, DO NOT APPLY.  We only hire vendors who can do it all.

• complete with before & after photos

To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of property preservation field & administrative experience, already know the guidelines & procedures, and have the ability to train others in your area to provide uniformity & quality to our clients on a consistent basis. 

Your company MUST NOT be operating under the table in any way, shape, or form. 

You will be required to provide proof of insurance, proof of bond [where applicable], and a W-9, along with copies of licenses & certifications.   All licenses and insurance will be verified.

All REO Preservation Services expects all of its vendors & potential vendors & trainees to be professional at all times and, if a simple request, such as NO PHONE CALLS cannot be followed with regards to contacting us, we will assume you cannot follow other guidelines regarding the work and you will not even be considered.

It's not our intention to be rude but we are experiencing a high volume of requests from new vendors & trainees, in addition to our normal everyday work load and field services.  There may be 50 to 100 new vendor requests ahead of you at any point in time so send an e-mail and  be patient until we are able to contact you.
